Service to the Land

We've found that sharing work together, caring for the land on which we meet, powerfully connects our energies to the web of life around us. It can become a vehicle for what Annie Sprinkle and other pleasure activists have called "ecosexuality." So we incorporate the option of a period of service to the land into the retreat.

Sometimes we groom trails. Sometimes we play lumberjack-for-an-hour and limb trees. Or haul stone to build a meditation altar in the middle of the woods.
